When I started training with Carlos, I was exhausted. As a doctor, my days were long, and I spent nearly all my time caring for others my patients, my friends, my family, but never myself. I kept telling myself I didn’t have time to work out. What I learned was that 30 minutes was more than enough to start giving my own health the attention it deserved.
By following my trainer workout program and nutrition guidance, I lost 46 pounds in just 8 months. But more importantly, I gained clarity, energy, and a sense of balance I hadn’t felt in years. I’ve learned that taking care of myself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. The stronger and healthier I am, the more I can give to everyone else.
