1-on-1 virtual consultation on our website. During the consultation, we'll discuss your health goals and create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

Each coaching session includes personalized advice on fitness, nutrition, and stress management. We will review your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed to help you stay on track.

Q4: Are the coaching sessions conducted online?

 

Yes, all our coaching sessions are conducted virtually through video calls, making it convenient for you to access expert guidance from anywhere.

Q5: Do you offer virtual personal training?

Yes, we offer virtual personal training sessions. These sessions include real-time guidance, personalized workout routines, and ongoing support to help you achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your home.

Q6: How much do the coaching plans cost?

We offer flexible pricing options to fit your needs. Please visit our

Q7: Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance for weekly and bi-weekly sessions, and 48 hours in advance for monthly sessions. Late cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled.

Q8: Why don't you create personalized meal plans?

While we provide comprehensive nutrition advice and guidance, we do not create personalized meal plans.. Our focus is on providing sustainable, general nutrition advice that complements your fitness goals.

Q9: What if I miss a payment?

If a payment is not received by the due date, your coaching sessions will be temporarily suspended until payment is made. Please contact us if you need assistance with your payment.

Q10: Is my personal information kept confidential?

Absolutely. All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent. We adhere to strict privacy laws to ensure your information is protected.
